We provide a 90-day Warranty on all our repair services including parts. This warranty covers any issues related to the repairs arising within the 90-day period from the date of collection by customer. A full refund will be granted to the customer if the issues cannot be resolved.

MAIL IN YOUR DEVICES

We recommend taking the following steps before mailing in your devices to us for repair:

Step 1

VERY IMPORTANT: Save a back-up copy of all important data currently stored on your device. It is standard procedure to reset a device to factory settings after repairs. Smartphone Repair Lab is not responsible for any software or data lost on your device.

Step 2

Wrap your device in bubble wrap or other suitable packaging material to ensure that the LCD screen is well protected even if this is smashed to prevent further damage during transit. Place the device into a suitable cardboard box and secure the box. DO NOT include styluses, cradles, chargers, cables, casings or covers.

Step 3

Fill in and print out our Service Request Form. Mail this form along with your device to the following address:

IMPORTANT: Repair services for devices received without our Service Request Form inside the package will be delayed as we are unable to identify the owner and issues of the devices.

Step 4

Once we have received your device and diagnostic has been carried out, we will issue an official quotation to you via email/SMS.

  1. Prices quoting above are excluding of GST.
  2. Prices quoted above exclude spare parts.
  3. Smartphone Repair Lab is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs or data in your device. Be sure to back up data and remove any confidential personal information before sending us your device for repair.
  4. All repaired devices must be collected within 3 (three) months from the date of notification by Smartphone Repair Lab, falling which, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of RM50 per month on the uncollected device.
  5. All repaired devices must be collected within 6 (six) months from the date of notification by Smartphone Repair Lab, falling which, we reserve the right to dispose of the device to cover the storage charges and repair costs incurred.
  6. All repaired devices must be collected within 6 (six) months from the date of notification by Smartphone Repair Lab, falling which, we reserve the right to dispose of the device to cover the storage charges and repair costs incurred.
  7. Smartphone Repair Lab reserves the right to revoke the warranty on repaired devices for the following reasons:
    • Our warranty seal has been tempered with during the warranty period.
    • Defects or damages to the device were caused by misuse, accidents or mishandling by the customer.
  8. A diagnostic fee of RM30 is levied on all cancellation of any repair services engaged.
